One of my New Years resolutions was to get in shape. It’s definitely a long process and I’ve learned that it’s not going to happen overnight. Thursday was officially 12 weeks since I started Blogilates! (Jan 1st)
I used to do Blogilates sporadically and never kept up with it. Until this year!
Your probably like “Starr what is Blogilates?!” Okay, Blogilates is pretty much Pilates. Simple enough right? But even better, these workouts are free!!!
The instructor is Cassey Ho. She makes workout videos for youtube! She has weekly videos and she also has a website found here.
It’s very simple what she does, all you do is sign up for the newsletter and then every month your sent via email a password to her monthly calendar. This is heaven for me, because everyday has your workouts planned out for you. Also she has monthly challenges like this month is “thigh challenge” and last month was “butt challenge”.
I feel like all of the workouts that she provides are amazing at challenging yourself and also great to show you new things.
I feel like everyone needs to look into Blogilaties and give it a try if your looking for a workout plan!
